About Agent From Abundance
Founded in 2022 by Ant Stroud, Agent From Abundance was born from a vision sparked at a speaker bootcamp with Leigh Brown. Ant saw the need for a neutral, inclusive hub where real estate professionals could access tools, training, and community support—no matter their brokerage affiliation.
Having trained agents within a large brokerage, Ant experienced firsthand the limitations of serving only those within one organization. Determined to break down those barriers, he set out to create a space where collaboration outweighs competition.
At Agent From Abundance, we are clear about our role: we are not a brokerage, and we do not recruit. Instead, we partner with agents and brokerages alike, fostering a safe, supportive environment where professionals can grow without pressure.
Our mission is simple: to empower real estate agents with an abundance mindset, equipping them with resources, education, and connections that help them thrive. Ant Stroud is a dedicated real estate professional, U.S. Navy Sailor of 15 and counting, and an inspiring instructor and keynote speaker, whose commitment to excellence has profoundly impacted the Northeast Florida community. Since launching his career in 2016, Ant has become a trusted and respected Realtor, earning his Broker's License in 2022 and acquiring several esteemed designations and certifications, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). His passion for real estate extends beyond transactions—he's a leader who has served on a Board of directors at both the local and state levels and contributed to the Residential Real Estate Council at the state level. As a graduate of the local leadership academy and the Florida Realtors Leadership Academy, Ant embodies the principles of leadership, service, and community principles. Beyond his professional achievements, Ant is a devoted family man, celebrating 14 years of marriage with his wife Julianne, and cherishing their two children, Leland and Lexington. Ant's journey is a testament to the power of commitment, leadership, and an unwavering belief in making a difference.
