My name is Ant Stroud, and I'm often referred to as the "Hot Mess Who Found Success." Not because I have everything figured out, but because I've spent my career learning, failing, growing, adapting, and refusing to quit. The truth is, I didn't get here because I was the smartest person in the room. I got here because I was willing to keep learning, keep serving, and keep showing up.
I proudly served in the United States Navy and continue my service today through the Navy Reserve. That experience taught me leadership, accountability, teamwork, and the importance of building systems that allow people to succeed. Those lessons followed me into real estate, where I built a career centered around relationships, service, education, and helping others achieve their goals.
Since entering the real estate industry in 2016, I've had the privilege of helping countless families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Along the way, I've earned industry designations, served in leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels, taught classes across Florida, spoken on stages throughout the country, and had the opportunity to serve on numerous committees and boards focused on improving our profession.
But none of that is what excites me most.
What excites me is helping agents discover what they're truly capable of.
I love building. I love creating. I love finding ways to make things simpler, more effective, and more impactful for real estate professionals. Whether it's developing educational programs, creating systems, teaching technology, speaking on leadership, or building resources that help agents grow their businesses, my passion has always been the same: helping others succeed.
That passion ultimately led me to create Agent From Abundance, a technology company focused on helping real estate professionals think like CEOs, build sustainable businesses, and create something worth owning—not just something that owns them.
The Abundance Colony is an extension of that vision.
